1—takeover coordination
Get ready to tag us in…we’ve got you!
Takeover coordination is the PERFECT service for couples who are ready to take on the bulk of the wedding planning themselves, but are looking for a bit of extra support (because who doesn’t need a seasoned pro on their side for such an important day!). While many call this “day-of coordination,” we know it’s more than just one day, so we don’t!
When you work with Heyday, you’ll gain access to our digital planning tool with monthly checklists and a coveted vendor list. You’ll kick things off with your Heyday planner to ensure you’re on the right track, and then you’ll get a couple more meetings leading up to the six-week takeover – who doesn’t love a little extra support?!
At the six-week mark, we fully TAKEOVER – finalizing the wedding day timeline, making final vendor confirmations, running through your rehearsal, and being on site on your wedding day to greet your vendors, set up your décor, get you down the aisle, and execute your wedding day, just as you planned!
This service is designed for couples (and their families) who prioritize a stress-free experience as their big day approaches. Your Heyday Planner steps in to make sure everything comes together as planned. And yes, we love to travel and explore new venues!

2—partial planning
For couples who are looking for a step-by-step guide to “how to plan your wedding”, our Partial Planning service is perfect for you! You will work with your Heyday Planner from the start, and have monthly check-ins, ensuring you feel that extra support.
Your Heyday Planner will be by your side to help you match with the best-suited vendors, create monthly to-do lists, manage the budget, plus everything included in our Takeover Coordination! You will confidently make decisions without the fear of having made the wrong one.
When the wedding day arrives, you can rest easy knowing your Heyday Planner is ensuring everything runs flawlessly while you (and your family) savour each moment of your celebration, stress-free, and fully present.

3—design

We LIVE for creating beautiful spaces, and designing these spaces with you is what we love to do! Whether you’re unsure how to bring your Pinterest board to life, or you don’t even have one yet, your Heyday Planner will guide you through each design decision to create the exact vibe you’re going for.

Introducing our trusted Takeover Coordination service with a Design twist!
This is the dream package for couples who don’t need full wedding planning, but want expert help designing and creating the perfect vibe of the wedding.
For our Takeover Coordination + Design package, your Heyday Planner will work with you to create the perfect colour palette, curate a stunning mood board, and source all the décor pieces needed to make it happen. And, of course, you’ll also get all the benefits of our Takeover Coordination service. Could it get any better? Maybe, but we think this package has it all!

5—full planning
Full Planning is exactly what it sounds like – the complete experience of a seasoned wedding planner supporting you throughout your wedding planning from the start to the night of your wedding!
Our Full Planning service is our Partial Planning + Design packaged up with a pretty bow on top (yes, we’re good at tying these!). Your Heyday Planner will be with you every step of the way, taking care of all the nitty gritty planning details, matching you with the perfect vendors, designing your dream day (it’s going to be gorgeous!), and of course, the execution.
Believe it or not, planning a wedding can be fun! With Full Planning, you can relax and focus on the best parts (like food and wine tastings!) while we take care of the rest.
